Meet Shweta
I am a biotechnologist turned certified yoga therapist and counselor. My journey into yoga began in 2013 as a personal need to recover from a severe lower back injury and high levels of anxiety, but it quickly evolved into a passion for learning, self-discovery, and teaching. Along the way, I realized the significance of mindfulness in our lives and the value of practicing yoga systematically with correct techniques.
Through this journey, I developed the Non-Compensatory Approach to Yoga, which emphasizes engaging the right muscles for safe and effective movements, while extending the same principle at the mind and behavioral level.
My approach integrates traditional yoga with structured training for the body, mind & behaviour, fostering holistic health and lasting transformation at the root level. Having overcome my own challenges, I strive to create a non-judgemntal and supportive environment where others can explore their potential and become the best versions of themselves.
